Hearn has extensive global and US Gov't experience, over ten years in Converged Identity Management with current specific interest in the "Eco-System of Trust" and an additional ten years of experience in actionable intelligence infra-structures for entities. Awarded in 2013 and 2009 by Oberthur Technologies and the Smart Card Alliance respectively for outstanding contributions to the Industry as well as being a 2009 Nominee for the ID People's Award in Milan, Patrick personally overviewed more than four dozen ID management programs worldwide. Patrick has a Masters in International Relations and is based in the Washington, DC area. He has lived in three continents and has conducted business personally in over forty five countries.
